Feeling at home with my NS8!

Aaaa, it's good to be back. Took the NS8 out for the first time since my re-purchase and it was a doddle to set up. Frozen stiff now, but had to take some record shots. This is with the D70 at prime focus - all I can do at the moment. Mostly 30 second exposures at 1600 iso or 1000.

M92 - easily resolved in the 13mm Hyperion as well

Half of the double cluster - never tire of this one. I need a wide angle EP - I'm thinking of the 36mm Aspheric!

The Ring - not a lot of detail - even a bit of trailing - but it was fun!

I also managed to completely split the double double in my new 8mm EP so had a great night!

SO glad to see it survived the trip to Coventry in the back of a Lotus so well My NS8 and wedge are on the patio cooling as we speak. Wish me luck with my first wedge align :shock:
