the key thing you need I think is patience. you may have the best aperture, the best collimation, the best optics and eyepieces but if you look away bored just before the seeing pings into sharpness you'll see nowt.

looks like i am stuck with with the Antares 105 f15 achro, so i may as well put it to use on doubles

The f15 and orthoscopics will be a great combination on doubles
