Alarm. Run to window. Wife: "You're crazy!" Clear skies, in part. Wash, brush, downstairs. Coffee and cereal. "Shhh dog!" Outside house. Orange blob. That's it! Binoculars. Yep, that isn't round. Walk to garage to get scope. Oh no! Saturn fading. Plan B. Observe outside house, not on mountain. Clouds everywhere. Back to bed?

up at 2am and off in the car for 1/2 hour to get a clear view of Snowdon for some timelapsing lol A very pleasant night

I got a good view of Saturn the other night around 2.30am. I was out anyway, and it was just peaking over next doors roof, only had maybe 10minutes on it before it was swallowed up by the cloud monster.
