Thanks Steve. I have broken cloud in every direction except sunward where they are all congregating. Been waiting to get a full disk now for over two hours!!

If it's any consolation, I too, am waiting for a break in the clouds at the moment here in Tenerife.

Not going to happen here today . . . . . . just watched a lovely gap go by about 5 degrees East , tantalisingly close but not quite close enough . . .

Dropped behind the trees already so spending the afternoon knocking up a 1200mm extension to the already lofty pier , should give me another 2 hours of opportunity and see me through to the Solstice . . .

Time to borrow another one from SDO . . .
