Some pictures of the event from yesterday. Early start for the day got to viewing area by 5:00am. Had a battle with the clouds which meant I missed first contact. Still worht the effort to travel to far northern Queensland for the event.

I did not go goose bumpy during totalily but had a wonderful feeling seeing it again after nearly three years since China. in the 2 minutes I wanted to take pictures, look for Venus and just look at the totalily with my own eyes. A lot to get in in two minutes, would i do it again...... yes, came to Oz for 26 seconds in 2002. Once hooked it is a subject i would not hopefully miss.
