Jupiter & Hyades Cluster from last night

Gary couldnt get he's Celestron 4se to align proper and when he did it wasnt tracking correctly, but if i remember rightly he took it to center parcs

gary, this is taken from the 4se, what tripod does it have? cos it may have a built in wedge which mean you can do longer exposure for DS imaging

Hi Craig, yes it has a built in wedge (not the 80's Essex boy hairstyle) ...

Seems to align fairly well now, using the two star method, I really think the trouble I had with it at Dengie was ... too many stars !

Great images guys, i really would like to get some nice images like these, need to watch you guys and learn.

the finished Jupiter shot is stunning, as are marks star shots, makes me want to get some even more now, why my lucks going it will be a long wait lol
