and the Canon Rebel T2i pattern......I think!

i have the latest version of DSS but i doesn't have the T2i pattern so i was just wondering what other people have use?

Double check the version you have.

Is it 3.3.2 or 3.3.3 b 47 ?

If the former then download the latter as per Martin's post.

yes i have the beta version the new one, i changed the settings on my friends computer to match his 1000d and it made a big difference so now i want to do it on my own to math my 550d

Isn't the matrix the same for both the 1000D and the 550D???

I use AstroArt5 and it automatically recognises the cameras.....

Just a quick question. Why are you looking for the Bayer pattern of your 550D ? As far as I know it's irrelevant.

Go to Options - Raw/Fits and untick the Fits bit. In Raw I use AHD.

To re test the system I've just loaded some Nikon D7000 Raws and after they were reported correctly ( Even naming the camera ) I then loaded some Canon 500D files and they worked too.

I can't see you wanting to load 16bit Fits files from a DSLR.

DSS should recognise the Camera and files from the Raw header if the DCRAW files are up to date. In Beta 47 they should be.
