Crescent Nebula - NGC 6888 - 6 hours later

Hi

So this is 6 hours of 300 second exposures with the associated Darks and Flats. I did have 7 hours worth but carefully reviewed each image and removed an hours worth.

Taken with the kit in my signature.

Captured using BackyardEOS, stacked in DSS and processed in Photoshop.

I'm south London based so am really happy to have achieved this given light pollution etc.

Great image captured under 'challenging' conditions.

Amazing amount of detail, including some dark lanes showing clearly.

I can relate with the problems your location causes.

Just means we have to persevere just that bit more.
