They are only 400kms nearer than us So the planets magnification would be the same as our view (or very similar). The biggest advantage would be not having to look through 400kms of atmospheric clag but tracking them through a scope would be interesting. It's hard enough when the ground isn't 'moving', at 17,500 mph it would be a challenge
