Suitable mount for skywatcher heritage flextube

Hello everyone.

I hope this will not seem a daft question but......,

Does anyone know if i am able to fit my little skywatcher heritage flextube 130p to a skywatcher syncscan AZ goto mount?? Or is there another solution. i wish to track without doing it manually but am on a bit of a budget and have found a mount that is a reasonable price. At the moment I am reluctant to change the scope.

It would work I think - I've used a flextube on a single arm manual alt-az mount without any problems.

I mount one on a Celestron Nexstar goto mount - works a charm

i'm looking into this aswell but could you switch between both mounts,i.e,say you wanted a quick 'grab and go' session with the standard mount?

Yes. Heritage has a dovetail bar bolted to the solid bit of the tube and so available to go back in the dovetail clamp on its Dob mount or the SynScan.
