Continued with IC1318 last night - this time the SII component.

Process: Pixinsight

Ha : 6 x 900 secs

OIII: 12 x 900 secs

SII : 12 x 900 secs

I am aiming to gather a load more Ha data tonight. I do have a problem though. The image below I processed last night. Using the same data I cannot get anywhere close to it today .... ho hum.

Im loving this one...don't worry about getting the same colour for now just get more data, then you can worry about it after. Im planning on getting out tonight, fingers crossed, frustrating for me I've been away andmissed some great nights.....I feel as though I haven't been very productive this year, just the odd snap...

Isn't that always the way?! Very nice image Mick - Theres' some great detail in there, which will obviously only improve as you get more data. (Isn't it frustrating that we can only get such limited sessions in at this time of the year though? )
