M27

Battling with a few gradients across my images - I'm hoping it's because of the lack of astronomical darkness and the camera is just so sensitive it's picking up a little bit of glow.

300 seconds each, 12xL and 3xRGB. 50% crop.

I think so. I'm definately happy with the additional fieldof view and the sensitivity.

I was a bit dissapointed with the cooling, but when I unwrapped it (I got into the habit of putting a dew tape around my H9 to stop any dewing on the front of the window so did the same with this) I found that it cooled much better. But I'd already ordered the extra cooling fan anyway, so we will see what that does too.

A very good M27 indeed. I cant see any gradient errors on the image, so you must have sorted them in PS or something?

I do notice some strange red lines coming from some of the brighter white stars?

Did some DBE in Pixinsight LE.

Thanks for mentioning the red lines - I hadn't seen them. I'll have a look at the .tif images and the processing steps to see where they came from - must be some sort of processing artifact or a single bad red sub that I missed (as it's a mono camera, it would be present throughout LRGB, not just the red channel, if it were a camera issue).
