Found this as I was checking my data from last night, what do you think?

This is a very dirty combine as I'm supposed to be at work now.

The old mince pies are not what they were, but I guess that is M27?

Had a look on Starry Night for about midnight last night. Many faint stars in that region, but couldn't see any asteroids.

About what time was that taken?

I enlarged the Image quite a bit, and there are three distinct red green and blue dots in the vicinity of the object you are referring to KK. Were you using filters ? The object looks to have a halo but It could be anything. Check again tonight, to see if it has moved from that position. Of course it will be cloudy tonight.

False alarm guys, its a hot pixel. I've no idea how it got moved as the Lum. exposures show no trails and were 8 minutes. Best guess is that moving the filter wheel round moved something in the imaging train. Bummer!

That's a pity. An asteroid named Kaptain Klevtsov would be a worthy addition to the celestial firnament.

Perhaps another time.

One day KK, Immortality may just be round the corner. With all the imaging done here, It could be just a mtter of time before somebody hits the jackpot.
