Imperfections in new eyepiece

Hey guys I just got a new Vixen 4mm NPL Eyepiece from FLO. I decided to have a wee peek through it unlatched to my scope.

I am very new to all this. But I saw what I would call imperfections or slight scratches. I have tried to clean with a Lens Pen but they are still there. Only see them when the eye piece is close to my eye and looking up at a light. There’s lots of small lines and marks. Is this an issue should I contact FLO and ask for an Exchange?

any ideas ?

I would contact FLO. A new eyepiece should not have scratches or lines of any kind on the glass.

Could be reflection of your eyelashes? Just a thought....

With high mag eyepieces it reveals "imperfections"... of my eyes!
