I have been trying to email Telescope Service In Germany, with a view to making a purchase.

Does anyone know of a reason why I am not getting a response. It is the method they use to place an order in the initial stages. but if this is how they respond, or not, as the case may be, I will be surprised if they keep many customers. Of course, there may be a good reason, like illness, but it looks too large a concern to be a one man band.

I've had to wait overnight a few times to get a response but mostly its the same day, as you say I think its too big a business for sickness to be a major factor.

I usually address my Emails to 'Wolfi' (the owner), I'm not sure whether this achieves anything but it can't hurt...

Thanks all, Perhaps holidays is the reason, but I would want any potential buyer to know that was the situation. Merely ignoring people is no way to run a business, particularly e. business, there are too many alternatives out there.

Bit odd, they do usually seem to answer ME, within a couple of hours. I do kinda wish they would have a more "streamlined" online buying system, but they often deliver with a few DAYS. Just had some documents arrive with a solicitor after 3 weeks in transit here though...
