Mars - March 19, 2012 - Average seeing conditions

Not so great captures, didn't realize that the gamma setting was offset while capturing...

Only took one set, didn't include RGB, looks to bad.

Bah - humbug Freddy! - I know what you mean in general terms about the gamma oversight (done that one before!) and rgb's maybe not up to your high standards and giving 'em a miss, but these are great images bro....!

Well Darryl, after seeing all those great images here and all your posts......makes mine (below) average...

And the weather is not cooperating also and all the wrong settings when I have a clear opening, This is really not my Mars season..

what amazes me Freddy is the individual channels look very blury but the combined shots look like they was combined with better RGBs. My individual channels look ok but combine not so great looking, its all in the IR isnt it

I guess the IR here made the image detail Neil, using pure RGB does noet seem to bring out detail in bad seeingm IR cuts though the seeing pretty well. Planning to use Ir more for the R channel (L), but then the color is mostly off so there is some color correction to do, works most of the time...
