I had a couple last night flying through my eyepiece, but were so high up/small I couldn't see them with the naked eye, always gives me a chuckle when you see them through the eyepiece

Vey hazy up here abouts, mag 3 at best last night.

Still damp hazy this morning, seeing could be good later hopefully.

caught a few small meteorites but also got a very large, slow, bright fireball travelling downwards in a SE direction around 2 am. It was beautiful .

So hazy here last night that I could only see the main constellations, but as I was staring upwards I thought I caught a few meteors out of the corner of my eyes. Mainly around Gemini/Auriga iirc.

At the time I put it down to wishful thinking!
