William Optics FLT 98 Triplet APO Imaging Telescope- hardcase and red dot finder | eBay

Optics FLT 98 Triplet APO Imaging Telescope- hardcase and red dot finderThe scope is in superb condition throughout and can hardly be distinguished from a new one with just slight signs of use!

The focuser on this scope is very large and very heavy duty, everything else is built to William optics exacting standards with a superb fit and finish to every aspect of the scope, all rounded off in a sexy little red custom made case.

The specs are available from the internet but for all those who do not know, this is one of William Optics staple imaging scopes as well as a nice light weight grab and go visual telescope

Included:

  • William Optice FLT 98 Telescope with front cap.
  • William Optics white CNC machined tube rings
  • Case
  • Red dot finder with shoe

Please note, this is a courier item so carriage is chargeable.

Scottish Highlands, Uk Outlying Islands as well as Northern Ireland will incur a further £10 carriage surcharge

This trader bought it for around £800 from ABS last month, probably less because he bought it with the other accessories at a discounted price.

UK Astronomy Buy & Sell

I'm kind of annoyed because I was interested in the LVW 22 in the original ABS ad (very cheap btw), he now sells it for nearly double that amount. The original seller has the right of selling it to anyone he likes, but I wonder if he knows he sold it to a trader who was only interested in making profit.

Sorry for the rant, but who ever get this scope at the end should know they could have bought it for £800 last month on ABS.

....So the buy and sell was closed on here because of traders buying items & selling them on?

Amongst other things, but lets not air that debate again please.

We are working on introducing a replacement, and better, facility when the new forum software comes on stream ;)
