My last session was 7th of march but it was a good one and tbh im not fussed with bad weather when the moon is out.

Its forcast ok this weekend but this close to a full moon i dont think i will bother taking the scope down to the girlfriends

Just to see some stars will be a blessing! Night's Sunday Monday and probably going to be clear as a bell both of them! Grrrr!

well one of the weather sites forcast sat the 7th as clear all night when i looked yesterday and now its saying cloud.i dont see the point in long range forcasting because they never get it right the next day let alone a week in the future

Out last night great views of Saturn and the moon but not much else as the moon was just too overpowering.

Late last night was not too bad managed an hour or so, but the then the clouds returned.

Went to whitby with my girls yesterday and came home around 8,Was clear and very dark up there could see loads with the naked eye wishing I'd got the scope with me! Got the scope out when I got home until midnight when the clouds came in! Managed to see M92, M94 and M13 although seeing was difficult in my light polluted skies!

Looks like some decent nights next week so going to try and get out a night or two through the week and somewhere dark the weekend

I'm pinning my hopes on Tuesday onwards but I'd like to make it to somewhere dark and experience some proper inky blackness up there!

well im going to be as far north as possible this weekend for some mag 22SQM skies but going to try maybe wednesday night out somewhere like hawes as its mag 21 up there and the moon shouldnt be as much of a problem now.

definately darker and less chance of stray light too.its a good 45 mins further for me though due to the winding roads but its worth it for the quality of the seeing.im pretty much settled on haltwistle on friday night as it forcast clear 8pm-6am and its supposed to be nearly mag 22 skies up there which is very very dark!!

I'm on days Thursday so start at 6 but really after some dark skies so looks like I'm gonna have to get out early and be tired!, sat days too but gonna make the most of it if its gonna be that clear.

Going to try one night through the week if conditions allow but not too far out,probably try winscarr and then cawfields on friday night
