Looking at his other items (when he provides a proper picture, that is) I'm not entirely sure what the 'cable box' actually is.

Supposed to be a freeview box but it's not like one I've ever seen. Although he does specialise in not showing the actual picture of what he is purported to be selling.

I think the term Caveat Emptor was coined just for him. At least it's brought some amusement on a rainy day.
