Stark Labs Nebulosity software

It's probably well known to all but me but, anybody using this?

Looks a nice clean capture proggy with lots of things under the bonnet.

Just gave it one of my orange widefields to tweak and one button push

made a very very good job of removing the orange. 8)

I use Nebulosity since some months with my SAC10, and I can only say it's a great piece of software !! Very stable, gives much support for image processing - and not pricey at all ! I would warmly recommend for anyone.

I have Astroart 3 as well, and - at least from my experience - it is much quicker to setup a good photosession with Nebulosity.

Much prefer deepsky stacker for its simplicity and ease of use for derotation and stacking.

Does DSS do derotation? I didn't know that, I must have another play, as I've had very little luck using DSS so far with my button mashing technique.

Yes, DSS does image derotation (my M13 pic from a while back was taken in AltAz and processed in DSS).

I have , Deep Sky Stacker , AstroArt V4 , ImagesPlus , Photoshop , Registax , DSLRFocus , IC capture (DMK Cameras) ,Starlight Xpress SXV , Guide 8 , CCD calc , AIP4 win V2 + probably others.

Stark Labs looks good but I am not sure my brain can take any more learning.

Dss derotates and stacks automatically. No need to pick allinment stars or anthing, subtracts the darks, bias and flats. just click a button and come back when its done!!!

Only thing it dosent do is combine colours and just basic photprocessing
