Does anyone know where parts for a Dob (Mirror Holders/Spider Vanes etc.) Can be ordered from? Most places seem to be US only. Thanks

There's also Telescope Service. Although in Germany delivery is only 2 days and they do have a lot of parts to choose from.

Scopes and Skies astro boot section has various mirrors and spiders for sale, if you're quick. They did have a 10 inch primary w/ secondary for silly money (£135). But that might not be what you're looking for.

That 10 inch could be perfect. I know it sounds stupid but this is a new project and I don't know whether to go for the 8 inch or 10 inch mirror set. I'm working out of the Kriege & Berry Book and they've got plans for the 8 inch but not a 10 inch. Any advice on which to go for would be very helpful.

Most designs are scalable so you can resize the 8-inch dimensions or down size a 12 or bigger...

It's the same amount of work to make a 10" or 8". Apart from the mirror, it's a very similar cost too. So my vote is for the 10".
