Examples of Images from SCB-2000 (Newbie attempts anyway)

Howdy all,

I've been using the SCB-2000 for the last few months now, and have to say that I'm now extremely impressed with how good this £100 camera has turned out to be. I was getting quite close to quitting astronomy as I was simply not seeing anything beyond faint fuzzies, so managing to view and capture the images below with the Samsung camera has really pulled me back in!

Please note that I'm no imager so be gentle on my attempts below. I thought it would be good to show the type of views you can achieve with a little patience :)

Hi Jason

Very nice images - are these single frame captures or have you done any stacking/processing?

What scope are you using (cannot see your signature from Tapatalk on my iPad)

Clear skies

Paul

All shots have been stacked and adjusted in Photoshop. I've found it's hard to resist the temptation to tinker with your captures once they are on your hard-drive :)
