piggyback dslr guided

hi all,

got my standaloone guider today very happy but cloudy atm.

anyhow i plan on using it with a homemade finder, but if this doesnt work then im assuming i can put the guider cam into the main telescope and just piggyback a dslr on top of the ota with a 55-250 lens?

anyone done this? first thing im gonna image properly is andromeda

Piggy back imaging works very well. You'll get some great wide angle images......

My old Celestron C-8 Classic came with a "Piggyback adapter" ! Great idea !
