correct equipment

Recommended Posts

I am considering camping out at a star party for just a single night and wanted to ask about stove etiquette. I have already set myself up with red lights etc to protect night vision but what about boiling a brew / cooking tea? I have a little coleman stove but usually prefer to use my kelly kettle so I can boil up water at the same time as cooking but there will be some light from the top of the kettle as the material inside burns. Strictly speaking no flames would be visible but it will chuck out a little light.
