Took this last night using a 12.5mm for eyepiece projection with the 250mm Newtonian.

Think the magnification was probably too much given the conditions but worth a try. Focussing at the moment is a real pain as others on this forum have commented.

Hope I identified the crater correctly, I must really learn my way around the Moon.

Nice pic, you could just imagine standing in the shadows of some of the big craters looking out. I bet it's an awseome sight.

Yep, that's what is is Geoff, and a fine picture of it too. Very rugged area and central peaks.
