Filter for viewing Jupiter

I am really not a fan of coloured filters but find the Baader Neodymium as well as being a good moon and light pollution filter is also pretty good at revealing detail on Jupiter. I suspect it may possibly be the reduced contrast which creates this effect but never really tested it.

The Baader Neodymium is the best lunar / planetary filter I've ever found. Not just the best for observing Jupiter and Saturn, but it's great on Mars as well. My colour filters have been gathering dust in a drawer for ages now.
