Nice to see another member in S@N Mag

Well I have to admit I was pretty amazed to find my image of the moon actually appear in this months S@N especially as I have only been doing the hobby since Feb.

It was also great to turn the page to see a beauty from Peter Shah with his 9hrs worth of M81/82.

Really nice image.

Do many others on SGL post to S@N or other magazines?

Yes I have had about 4 pictures printed in s@n in last 2 years since I started astronomy and even won last months hotshot of the month with my M51 whirlpool image.

If you saw some of the Brian Cox programs from Jodrell Bank and some of the SAN programs too, you'll frequently see the names of SGL members against photo's used in the broadcast.

More ppl should send their stuff in, I'm amazed by the quality of the stuff posted on a daily basis in this forum!

I think you might find one of my photos in sky at night july issue too, although it haven't reached the stores in Sweden yet
