First night with telescope

Sitting outside on the first clear night since I bought my scope on Saturday. Visited the moon and had my first view of Saturn and its moons. Wow....

can't wait for Jupiter. Or a higher power eye piece to see Saturn bigger

Well, its not yet midnight but I'm going to call it a night. With the moon I can't see many stars....

It's a 8" Meade Lightbridge with a 16mm SWA. Magnification is 75x.

That's a great feeling. I remember locating Saturn first..then scanning the moon. It's a fulfilling and wonderful sight!
