Surprising Saturn tonight

Tried this before my experiments with the Moon (see other post in Lunar/Solar section) and was pleasantly surprised.

Saturn was very close to the Moon, but seeing was quite good for a change.

Best 900 of 2000 frames with Orion Optics Europa 250mm, 4 x Imagemate Amplifier, IR filter and Toucam Pro camera. Post processing in Registax 3 (tried V4 but not such a good result for some reason) and also in Paint Shop Pro.

Great image Geoff, I had a peep at it myself but it was nasty. I assumed that I couldn't get an image because that great big lumpen moon thing had parked too close. Well done you.
