Software for remote telscope control

Hi everyone! I am sure someone can help me with my question?

I want to control my scope from a pc/laptop. Can any one recommend some software to use. Starry Night Pro has been suggested, any thoughts on this.

I have a SKW 200 with an EQ5 and SynScan.

What is it you are wanting from the PC control ? If you're wanting goto, I use Carte Du Ciel, it works for me, and happily runs on an older laptop.

I use Stellarium (another free download) to control my scope. It works fine for me and was simple for me to set up. There are many ways to control your scope, some more involved than others. If you do a search for EQMOD this is one way, but I have not yet had the patience or full understanding to try this approach!

I'd vote for Carte du Ciel. I also use TeamViewer to remotely access my obsy over a network.
