Dark Skies - Surrey

Hi, Does anyone know of any dark sky areas in Surrey. I'm trying to halp a friend out whose keen to get into astronomy, and she lives in Surrey.

Check with the guys at Guildford AS they had a couple of good dark sites....

If she is near to Guildford you could try Merrist Wood Collage, they have 800 Acers of land in Worplesdon. Quite good skies, I had a scope when I was there back in the early 90's.
