Hi all i was wondering if anyone has come across a way to get the Atik EFW2 filter wheel working on the Raspberry pi 4? I’m using the stellarmate os and the only things i’m having trouble with are the filter wheel and hitech astro fucuser. Thanks

Yes i’ve watched a few of these and it looks good but I would like to mainly do it all from my iPad. I just can't find any many videos doing it all from an iPad. Thank you

That's good to know thanks, do you happen to know if you can see the images that your taking from within the app? Also do you know of a way i can use the atik infinity program from my ipad to the rpi? Thanks

Hey folks, I have a Raspberry pi4 coming tomorrow and have just purchased the Stellarmate OS. I’ve been searching for video tutorials on YouTube for use with the iPad app but i’m having no luck. Does anyone know what the iPads function is when using the app. Can I use it for viewing images etc? Any help would be appreciated as I have no clue about pi/linux having not used them before. I hope I haven't wasted my money lol

Thank you guys, it all started out when I built an observatory for my dad when he retired. He said he said he wanted it completely computerised so this is the equipment he purchased. After a year or 2 with the gear he just can't get his head round the technology side of things so has decided he wants to just use his 250pds on a don mount. His health hasn't been great as of late so told be to take the imaging setup as he was going to leave it all to me anyway. I'm chuffed to bits. I’ve used to set up pier mounted but haven't done much guiding and have only imaged little bits successfully but i’ve not had lots of time to learn the lot. I don't suppose anyone has the old driver for the qhy5 do they? Thanks for the pointers guys.

Yes, i installed it when i first installed the ascom platform and my atik drivees etc

Yes, everything else i have works fine all controlled through the ascom platform.

Yes it did have a wide plate on it so i took it off until i can get something a little smaller. If i remember right the bar i want is called a losmandy bar but i could be wrong

Hey guys i've just installed the hitec astro dc focus but for some reason the program wont open when i try to run the program. Im running windows 7 64bit but have tries it in different compatibility modes with no joy. Also have the old qhy5 camera on the guide scope but can find the software anywhere.

Hi folks, just recieved all this imaging equipment from my dad as he cant get his head round the imaging and has decided to stick with his dobsy. Cant wait to get started, any tips are hugely appreciated.

i don't suppose anyone knows the max diameter the pier adaptor for an neq6 pro can be so i don't dink my scope?
