12v stepper, easydriver and arduino. I want mine to drive the 10:1 reducer on my crayford. Closest i've found is a pulley with 3mm bore.

Just waiting for my MOSFETs to arrive then i can build my focuser... only problem i'm having is sourcing a pulley with a 2.5mm bore.. curse you GSO focuser...

could you not apply the resin in 4 stages, 1 stage for each edge, and angle the sensor slightly so each stage is using gravity to keep the resin away from the sensor?

yup... although I use skywatcher rings on my GX250. I lined the rings with strips of vinyl sticky backed floor tiles and it works a treat -
