Does my scope needs collimation ?

OK, I know this topic may be a bit ridiculous, but I'm a complete noob and this is my first telescope.

I've had it for about a week, and only managed to gather enough courage to go through my 1st collimation today.

I've been reading Astro Babys collimation guide, and after checking my SW Skyliner 200p Dobsonian, it does not seem to me like it needs any ajustments...

Of course, I am not sure, hence why I am asking the confirmation from a more experienced forumist

Here is a view taken from my cheshire collimator. Not ideal, but that seems to be the best I am able to get with my camera.

Does that look OK ?

Thats very good - it just needs a final tweak using a star at x400

It is close enough to not affect views but looks like you could improve it slightly by sending the secondary up and left a little. That said I refer you to my first comment and suggest you just sit back and enjoy the views!

Looks the same as the view through the cheshire in my 130p Hugo , and my views are fine in my eyepieces.

Id leave the collimation can of worms for another time - if it aint broke dont fix it

Agree with Moonshane, that the secondary appears to be just to a smidge out, but as others have said, if the star tests look OK, then leave it at least until you feel comfortable enough to have a play with it!
