First attempt at the Moon

Well after all that rotten weather, Ive eventually gotten the

chance to use my 8" f/6 LB. The other night, I decided to attempt

some Lunar imaging with the Toucam III. No eyepeices or

barlows used, just the webcam and the scope. Its a bit

washed out, but the moon was around full - not the best

time for imagine, I guess.

Hopefully the clear skies will keep up, as I have some time-off soon, and

would like to try some more imaging

Well done HM - you've done what i'm itching to do and hope to do next weekend weather permitting. I'm very jealous! It must have felt great to image for the first time and to have your first piccy in the bag. I've got the Toucam III too so it would be great to compare notes when the clouds clear from the wet west coast of Scotalnd...

All the best
