Cant go on some threads, Why?

Hi, Can someone help me please, I'm new to this SGL. why cant I do treads on some of the other subject? I was trying to do a thread on the "Retail Thread" but a message came up saying that I didnt have the privlige to start a new thread.

Some will be locked and only updated by the mod team for example. But if you tell me exactly, I can take a look for you

This is what the Supplier Review section says

'The supplier review board is for members to tell others of the service that they have received from a retailer. You need 50 posts in other sections and one months membership to be able to post a supplier review.'
