Why does it need a re-coat?, one worn(?) surface won't make much difference to performance. If, say, badly scuffed or scratched, re-coating won't repair it and might be expensive. Some coatings are very hard and may need polishing to remove, calling for refiguring..

Try call to this lot, Kings View Optical, seemed helpful when I contacted them. Didn't manage to get my lens down to them but were seemingly helpful.
