Snow!

Several inches of snow fell over Devon last night so James, Martin and myself are working from our homes via FLO's helpdesk and email.

All three of us can see and respond to enquiries sent to questions@firstlightoptics.com

Most orders placed at FLO are dispatched via Fedex who are doing remarkably well in difficult circumstances. We are in regular contact with them and will do our very best to keep the wheels moving but I think it only fair to say that orders placed from today are unlikely to be delivered in time for Christmas.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank-you for your patience.

Sorry to hijack this Steve , but just to add that there is very little post being delivered or collected in Devon today ,there is however post in Delivery Offices from over the weekend so if you are expecting anything and can get to the Office it may be worth a call to see if they have it.

My EQ6 arrived today in a white, unmarked van. Mucho impressed. I am sure that Fedex is doing everything possible to deliver on time.
