Yep caught the 1st contact and steady progression across Jupiter with my 4" F15, lovely sight. I sat for ages just watching IO getting closer and closer to the planets rim then it all but dissappeared against the brighter disc of Jupiter as the observing conditions worsened. PAcked away at about 20:30 as mist was thickening.

Fantastic sight. This together with Europa Transit the other week has made for a very memorable apparition
