Hartley 2 animation 17-10-10

Hi

This animated gif was shot over 90 minutes in 1 minute exposures with a Canon 550D and 200mm lens.

Heaviley cropped down to the central 800 x 600 pixels (1/36 area of the chip) it was taken at 1600 iso with the

camera mounted on my Astrotrac. The reason why the image gets darker during the run is down to the sky

getting darker as the moon sets.

Great effort ... shows the rate the thing is moving at as well as the interference caused by the moon ... the individual frames are good too.
