C11 scope...how do i focus?

Hello Neil. Rest assured that there is no way in which you can permanently distort a mirror once it has been freed :D , I'm sure the remaining problem is purely mechanical. From what I can recall, Celestron mirrors are siliconed to a backplate and the mirror aligned whilst the silicone is setting, one reason why there is no need for primary mirror adjustment, it could be that this setting has been disturbed or the baffle tube forced out of true. Where are you located, there is probably a spread of SGL members capable of having a look at it.
