NGC-7027 (In Cygnus)

Well gang,

Here's a real tiny object that I photographed back in August '06 and just now discovered that I hadn't processed and posted it. This is one I haven't seen on-line before except from Hubble photos. It was taken with the LX-90 @f6.3 and the Canon XT and then enlarged, a lot.

I can't remember how many exposures that I took. Since I have nothing to compare it to, I'm not sure I have an accurate color or shape. I hope I've gotten close.

By-the-way, this most likely will be my last post of an astro-image for several months due to my family re-locating across the USA. Everything will be packed and stored for months. I hope to catch ya'll after the first of 2007.

Just looked it up and its tiny. 15 arc seconds across ish. Well done with that one.

South Carolina is right, Rog. It's not my home state....But, they all talk like me (Slow & Southern)....Ha... And, I can finally get some excellent southern-style cooking again....
