Tripod recommendation

What would you recommend for mounting binoculars weighting 4-5kg? I am aware of the Horizon 8115 tripod and would like to hear about other options.

Well, Since I bought my Manfrotto 028 I've not even thought of another tripod for binoculars and small scopes. I cheat though,I have a 503 HDV head to go along with it.Not cheap,but you will only spend the money once.

I really like the crank centre column.

I've had a go at using 25x100 binoculars on my Manfrotto 055 tripod with a 501HDV head. Worked well for me.

I have a pair of 20x90 that i mount on a Horizon 8115 tripod so i cant comment on anything else.
