I was going to bid £1000 because I was certain it wouldn't go so cheap. The mirror alone is worth that . I have nowhere to put it and I can't transport it and I can only see 1/8th of the sky from my house.

Wow,that is one incredibly huge telescope. I'm waiting for my 8 inch dob to arrive. In the meantime, i thought it would be humorous to show the wife the pictures and then tell her thats how big my scope will be.
