I can't help but wonder how amazing this scene would have been if it'd happened just 4 or 5 days earlier... Thin crescent Moon, Pleiades, possibly numbering in many tens of stars.

Or... very young, ultra-thin crescent, Pleiades numbering in the hundreds, with wispy nebulosity. Well, maybe in another few hundred years... :eek:

yep I agree the moon was abit too bright, but that did'nt stop me from having a go.
