Thanks guys...wait till you see it when it's really finished :-)...

(there's so much data in the H-A and even SII...quite amazing really...just got to get about another 3 hours in OIII on it)

Obs is done , will post up pics as soon as the wiring is complete and everything is neatly boxed in.. but she's up and running.

TOnight, fitted the new counterweights to the front of the OTA's to balance the SBS rig, two 1KG weights from ebay (wrist weights) strapped on to the fronts, the mount now sounds like it's happy on all axis, but needs a proper test with the autoguider, however, it's balanced now perfectly on every axis.

Also installed the EQMOD setup properly, using a Belkin USB to serial hub and the PC direct mode on the Synscan handset, which worked absolutely flawlessly first time, on my netbook with a powered USB hub. Which means I can also run the external mouse and keypad with that one, as well as it running the imaging camera and filter wheel..

CDC now in control of the entire observatory...going to set up a 30+ point sync set next clear night, and hopefully then hit everything bang on (it's been pretty close to be fair with just the handbox)

Anyway..enough rambling, thanks again for the kind words
