I have my EQ6 all hooked up to a PC in the Observatory and in turn on a wireless network ( not ideal I know )

Is there a way I can control and get the output on the Obs PC from my PC here in the lounge?

Be mush easier ( and warmer ) to be able to control the scope from here rather than the Obs.

Is there any software to do this? How are others doing it?

Depending on the OS's, you could use one of the VNC clients, or the windows remote desktop assistance. If you have mains in the obsy, it might be worthwhile looking at the powerline mains/ethernet adapters.

You nead to install the server version on the obsy PC and the client (viewer) version on the house PC.

Best way of all the variations I have used, though I have VNC and Mesh also installed (VNC allows me to control the mount/scope from the iphone)
