What happens when you put a 450D on a C9.25 and point it at the moon...

You get a very full frame - that's what This is UNCROPPED from the original 4k by 3k pixels (but obviously scaled to get on here...).

Think it is 6 stacked frames, sharpened slightly (registax doesn't seem to play very nicely with large raws), each at between 1/260th and 1/500th second exposure... Time: between 2:44am and 2:48am 14th July.

A bit noisy, but then I was just trying to understand how my equipment works (new camera, new remote release, new to DSLR photography)...

Very nice... Works a treat don't it ... I don't tend to bother throwing the raws into regi... it doesn't like it.
