The 14176 x 10818 pixel Tiff is quite nice but about 1GB

Trouble is though you cant really process it in bits... I have found the best results in Registar are workign with just a cropped and Gradx'd version the autosave.tif output from DSS then Registering, Calibrating and combining in Registar before applying the normal post processing workflow to the whole image in CS3...

So these are just roughs to see how things are going...

When i tried processing up the individual panes I really mucked up the Northen Coalsack region as I though there was something wrong with the data... there wasnt it was just foreground "dust"....
